About: Motionless in White.

Motionless in White is an American metalcore/screamo band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2005, the group is known for its darkhorror themed lyrics and physical appearances, that of which heavily correspond to gothic imagery, for example, the high platformed boots, trench coats, leather pants, shirts, etc. Motionless in White is currently signed to Fearless Records and have released two EPs and one full-length album. So far the band has release'Creatures', this being their first full length album. Their next album 'Infamous' being released November 2012.

Music Style:
Motionless in White are becoming widely popular for their actual music style, the style being modern metalcore, with a few influences from gothic and industrial metal genres. The band has mainly been labelled as "gothic metalcore" and also "horror-metal", this also being contributed thanks to their appearance.


Influences:The band has been influenced by a wide variety of artists such as Marilyn Manson, Misfits, Bleeding Through, Cradle of Filth, Slipknot, The Black Dahlia Murder and Eighteen Visions. Marilyn Manson being a great influence also towards the band's appearance, not only their music style.


Lyrics:Lyrically, Motionless in White songs usually take on concepts such as horror, heartache, insanity, or surreal fiction.
